Job Title: Land Surveyor

A land surveyor is responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas to determine boundaries, locations, and other important information for construction, engineering, and land development projects. The job requires a high level of technical knowledge and the ability to use specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and digital levels.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys to collect data on land features
- Using specialized equipment to measure distances, angles, elevations, and contours
- Analyzing collected data to create accurate maps and reports
- Identifying property boundaries and marking them with stakes or other markers
- Working closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate measurements for projects
- Researching legal records and historical documents to determine property boundaries and rights of way
- Keeping accurate records of survey data and creating detailed reports for clients
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in using surveying software
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Location: Ashdod

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
