Job Title: Gardener in Ashdod, Israel

We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and plants. Your main duties will include planting and pruning trees and shrubs, watering and fertilizing plants, mowing and edging lawns, and maintaining garden equipment.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of plant care and maintenance techniques. You should also have experience using various gardening tools and equipment. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Planting new trees, flowers, and shrubs according to the landscape plan
- Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their health and shape
- Watering plants regularly, adjusting watering schedules based on weather conditions
- Fertilizing plants as needed to promote healthy growth
- Mowing lawns using a lawn mower or other appropriate equipment
- Edging lawns to create clean borders between grass and other surfaces
- Removing weeds from gardens and flower beds
- Maintaining garden equipment by cleaning and sharpening tools as needed
- Reporting any issues or concerns with plants or equipment to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plant care techniques, including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, etc.
- Familiarity with different types of gardening tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent time management skills
- Biometric passport (if not already an Israeli citizen)

Salary: $1300 per month without accommodation
