Entry-Level Baker in Ashdod, Israel



We are a reputable bakery in Ashdod, Israel seeking an Entry-Level Baker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative individual who is looking to kickstart their career in the baking industry. As an entry-level baker, you will work under the guidance of our experienced bakers to learn the art of baking and develop your skills. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1000$. Accommodation is provided for our employees and we also offer free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior bakers with preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and other necessary ingredients
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistency and quality
- Learn how to use various equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Help with packaging finished products for display or delivery
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for new products or improvements to existing ones

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn from experienced bakers
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions closely
- Good physical stamina as this job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food service setting
- Formal training or education in baking or culinary arts
- Knowledge of different types of baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
