Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator in our company, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment used in loading materials onto trucks or other vehicles. This role requires a high level of physical strength and stamina, as well as experience in the operation of loaders. You will work full-time in our Ashdod facility, with accommodation provided if necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders to move materials, such as soil, gravel, or construction debris
- Ensure that materials are loaded safely and efficiently onto trucks or other vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance on loaders to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating equipment
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading operations
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge for performing routine maintenance on equipment
- Must be comfortable working full-time hours with the possibility of overtime if needed
