Office Manager - Contract Position in Ashdod, Israel
We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel on a contract basis. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative and clerical tasks within the office
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures for smooth operations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Manage employee schedules, including leaves and vacations
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and budget allocation
- Order necessary office supplies and equipment when needed
- Act as the main point of contact for all external communication, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Handle any urgent matters that may arise in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred)
- Knowledge of Hebrew (preferred)
