As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and residents, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents with a welcoming smile and assist them with any inquiries or requests
- Maintain an organized and clean lobby area at all times
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments and room assignments
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely manner
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner, escalating to management if necessary
- Assist with organizing events or special requests from guests
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism certification is a plus
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in customer service roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
