Concierge
The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests at our luxury hotel in Ashdod. This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Keep the lobby area clean and organized to create a positive first impression for guests
- Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or tourism is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions to guest issues
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and reservation making purposes
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month. In addition, accommodation can be provided for the right candidate. Visa sponsorship may also be available.
