We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, making reservations for dining or entertainment activities, arranging transportation, and addressing any concerns or requests they may have during their stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining the lobby area and ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
