IT Manager


A growing IT company in Herzliya is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our information technology department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT operations and a proven track record of implementing successful technology strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and system reliability
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Train team members on new technologies and provide ongoing support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management
- Experience with network administration, database management, and cloud computing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments and external vendors
