Location: Herzliya, Israel



We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our organization's network and systems infrastructure. This is a full-time position that requires experience in the field and a valid biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain network security by implementing appropriate controls and protocols
- Install, configure, and maintain server systems including Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and data backups
- Provide technical support to end-users for network connectivity or system issues
- Ensure all systems are kept up-to-date with the latest patches and updates
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN infrastructure design and implementation
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with server hardware configuration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server administration is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
