As a Computer Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Set up new user accounts and provide training on software applications.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and updated with the latest software.
- Document all technical support interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or vendors when necessary.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical individuals.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month based on experience.

Location:
This role is located in Herzliya, Israel. Preference will be given to candidates who live in or near this area.
