Entry-level Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-level Computer Support Specialist in Herzliya. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with network installations. This is a contract position with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and network equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
- Keep track of inventory and order new equipment when needed
- Document all support activities in our ticketing system

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in both English and Hebrew

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Herzliya
