Back-End Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Herzliya. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side components of web applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the applications while collaborating with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. You should have a strong understanding of back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby, as well as experience with database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side components of web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Design and implement data storage solutions
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments in back-end technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer
- Strong understanding of back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience working with database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of web servers (Apache, Nginx) and containerization (Docker)
- Understanding of security principles and how they apply to web development
- Passion for writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $1000 per month
