Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Herzliya. Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets
- Perform statistical analysis on data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for various departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL for querying databases
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
