We are hiring a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Herzliya. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and improve our products. Your role will involve working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and develop solutions using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, and statistics with expertise in machine learning techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct research to identify new techniques or tools that can enhance our machine learning capabilities
- Clean, preprocess, analyze, and visualize large datasets for model development
- Train and evaluate models using various performance metrics
- Optimize models for scalability, accuracy, speed, etc.
- Deploy models into production systems
- Monitor model performance and make necessary updates or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong background in machine learning techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), reinforcement learning (RL), etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques (regression analysis, time-series analysis)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts
