Senior QA Engineer


As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. Based in Herzliya, you will be responsible for designing and implementing testing strategies, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QA professional to further develop their skills while contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for our software products
- Execute both manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality and quality of our products
- Identify, document, and report any defects or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality
- Participate in release planning and provide input on potential risks or issues
- Help mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices for testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on manual and automated testing
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
