Android Developer



We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our growing team in Herzliya. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining innovative mobile applications for our clients. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as an Android Developer or similar role
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with OOP design principles and software architecture patterns
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Kotlin programming language
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Portfolio of published apps in the Google Play Store
