Teamlead for International Software Development Team in Herzliya


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Teamlead to join our international software development team in Herzliya. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the team's success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines, and effectively communicate them to your team
- Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Actively participate in the development process by writing code, performing code reviews, and ensuring coding standards are met
- Identify areas for improvement within the development process and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve your team's skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong technical background in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience working with international clients is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
