Teamlead for Contract Position in Herzliya, Israel

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Teamlead to join our team on a contract basis in Herzliya, Israel. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as previous experience in project management and team coordination. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to execute projects effectively
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Ensure all team members are performing their roles efficiently
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
- Train and mentor new team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or team coordination
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as Trello or Asana
- Experience working with international clients is preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.
