Entry Level Software Tester


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Software Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill user requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in software development and a desire to learn and grow in the field of testing.

Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases and document results
- Identify, report, and track software defects
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on potential issues
- Develop test plans and strategies based on project requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automated testing tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of SQL
- ISTQB certification
