Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative web designer to join our team in Herzliya. As a web designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create website layouts, wireframes, and mockups using design software such as Photoshop or Sketch
- Design graphics, icons, and other visual elements for the website
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and on time
- Conduct user research to understand target audience and design websites accordingly
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design
- Troubleshoot any design issues that may arise during the development process

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a web designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Sketch, or Illustrator
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
