As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through digital platforms. You will develop detailed understanding of our products and services in order to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and concerns. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will allow you to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work independently. A background in customer service or sales is preferred. This position is based in Herzliya, Israel, but remote work options are available for candidates outside the country. Accommodation can be provided for those without experience or their own visa. Salary starts at 1500$ per month.
