Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will assist them with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our company's products or services. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients are satisfied with their online experience and to maintain a positive image of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information about our company's products or services
- Assist clients in navigating our website and online platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate department if needed
- Handle client complaints with empathy and find solutions to resolve their issues
- Keep track of customer interactions and update client profiles when necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of our company's products or services is an advantage
Salary: 1400$ per month (without accommodation)
Location: Herzliya, Israel (remote work may be available)
