Online Consultant (Herzliya, Israel)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Herzliya. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients via various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and video conferencing to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist clients with online transactions, including purchases, payments, and refunds
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Provide technical support for online platforms and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Continuously monitor client feedback and satisfaction to improve services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient in using various online platforms and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
