Moderator for Online Community in Herzliya

As a Moderator for our online community in Herzliya, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our community members. This includes monitoring and moderating discussions, responding to member inquiries, and creating and enforcing community guidelines. You will also work closely with our team to identify potential issues and develop strategies to promote growth and engagement within the community.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor discussions within the online community to ensure they align with community guidelines
- Engage with members by responding to inquiries, providing support, and fostering conversations
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify potential issues within the community and develop solutions
- Enforce community guidelines by warning or removing members who violate them
- Create engaging content for the community, including posts, polls, and events
- Participate in regular meetings with team members to discuss community growth and development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience moderating an online community or managing social media accounts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting
- Native level proficiency in Hebrew is preferred

Salary: 1000$ per month without accommodation
