Entry Level Concrete Worker

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of worksites by setting up scaffolding, barricades, and other safety equipment.
- Transport materials such as cement, sand, and gravel to the worksite.
- Mix concrete according to specifications using hand tools or machines.
- Pour concrete into forms or onto surfaces using proper techniques.
- Smooth and level concrete using trowels or other tools.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on site.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Basic understanding of construction processes preferred but not required.
