Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

As a Heavy Equipment Operator in Herzliya, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duties will include preparing and grading construction sites, loading and unloading materials, clearing debris, and conducting routine maintenance on equipment.

To excel in this role, you must have prior experience operating heavy equipment and the ability to read and interpret construction plans. A high level of physical fitness is also required as the job may involve lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment efficiently and safely
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine site preparation needs
- Prepare construction sites by grading land, digging trenches, or compacting soil
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Clear debris from work sites to maintain a safe environment
- Communicate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of safety protocols for operating heavy machinery
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1000$ per month. This is a full-time position with potential for overtime hours.

Location: Herzliya, Israel. Preference will be given to Israeli nationals or those with the legal right to work in Israel.
