We are a construction company seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Herzliya. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and must hold a valid biometric passport. The main responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain various types of equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner. The candidate should have strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, without accommodation provided.

As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for daily inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning. You will also be required to follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise on the job.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical dexterity, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. You should also possess good mechanical knowledge and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Knowledge of GPS technology is preferred but not mandatory.

This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, adhering to traffic rules while driving equipment on public roads, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
