Heavy Equipment Operator



We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes. They should also have a strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes in a safe and efficient manner
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, tools, and worksite
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment efficiently
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations for operating heavy equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical stamina for long hours on the job site
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification or training in heavy equipment operation is preferred.

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month with potential for growth based on experience and performance.

This position is located in Herzliya, Israel.
