We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Solar Installer to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and related equipment according to company standards
- Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations
- Conduct site surveys and assess potential installation sites
- Work with team members to plan out installations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems preferred
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English or Hebrew
