Architectural Technologist
As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to turn design concepts into detailed technical plans and drawings. Your expertise in building materials, construction techniques, and building codes will be essential in ensuring that all projects meet safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts into detailed plans and drawings
- Utilize your knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare technical specifications for materials, finishes, and equipment
- Create 2D/3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any technical issues
- Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to ensure accuracy of plans and adherence to design specifications
- Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments in technology and materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members from different disciplines

This position is based in Herzliya, a beautiful coastal city located just north of Tel Aviv. Known for its high-tech industry, Herzliya offers a dynamic work environment with plenty of opportunities for growth.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
