Job Title: Contract Architectural Designer in Herzliya

A renowned architectural firm in Herzliya is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. Your primary duties will include conceptualizing and creating design proposals, producing detailed drawings and plans, and collaborating with clients and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, construction materials, and project management, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and driven Architectural Designer looking to make their mark in the industry. Accommodation will be provided for candidates from outside of Herzliya. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction materials
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create design proposals for various architectural projects
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and models using design software
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architectural design
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
