We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any design issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns on project teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods for commercial buildings
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

This is a contract job located in Herzliya, Israel. Accommodation is not provided.
