Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in our firm located in Herzliya, Israel. Your main duty will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure a smooth design process from conception to completion.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture and at least 5 years of experience as a project manager or architect. You must also possess excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders. A biometric passport is required for this position as some international travel may be necessary.

Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, managing resources and budget, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle, and ensuring all relevant permits and approvals are obtained.

Additionally, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our processes and deliver high-quality projects. You must also have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
