Job Title: Architectural Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced and qualified Architectural Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As the Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers
- Plan and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya, Israel (open to candidates of any nationality)
