We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from concept to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and project managers to develop innovative and functional designs that meet their needs and budget requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Israel. You should also possess excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, including creating concept sketches, producing detailed drawings, and selecting materials and finishes
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, technologies, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Israel
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion
- Experience mentoring junior architects is preferred
