Job Title: Part-Time Accountant

As a Part-Time Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of our company and providing accurate information to help guide business decisions. You will be working closely with our full-time accountant and management team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget planning
- Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis
- Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost reduction
- Assist with tax preparation and filing as needed
- Ensure compliance with all accounting procedures and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong understanding of financial principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
