We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with excellent leadership and customer service skills. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring quality service and food, maintaining inventory levels, and overseeing financial performance. You will also be responsible for creating a positive work environment for the team and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff members
- Ensure high-quality service is provided to all guests
- Monitor food quality and maintain inventory levels
- Create schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain financial records and monitor expenses to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create a positive work environment for all team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
- Understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant software for reservations, POS systems, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)
