We are a high-end restaurant located in Herzliya, seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a temporary position ideal for those looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. As a Junior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the senior manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior manager with daily tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and staff training
- Oversee front-of-house operations including greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and excellent quality of food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; we will provide on-the-job training
- Passion for the hospitality industry and willingness to learn new skills
