Part-Time Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As a part-time manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all front of house and back of house activities
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create schedules, manage inventory, and handle financial transactions
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
