Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Herzliya. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and managing a team of staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and staff performance.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and ensure smooth operations.
- Create work schedules, handle payroll and manage inventory to meet budget goals.
- Monitor food production, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items or special promotions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role in the restaurant industry preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Salary: 1300$ per month
