Restaurant Manager in Herzliya
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Herzliya, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership and communication skills, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Preferably from Herzliya or willing to relocate
