We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team for the busy summer season in Herzliya, Israel. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is a seasonal job with the potential for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks according to company standards
- Take orders and handle payments accurately using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about our menu items
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Must have own visa or work permit for employment in Israel
- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time seasonal position with shifts varying between morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends. The salary for this position is 1800$ per month. Our café is located in Herzliya, so candidates must be able to commute or relocate to this city.
