Part-Time Construction Manager
Location: Herzliya, Israel
As a part-time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in the construction industry. Your main duties will include creating project timelines, managing subcontractors, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in construction management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage subcontractors and ensure they are following safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are being met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation is not provided, so preference will be given to candidates who reside in Herzliya or nearby areas. A valid biometric passport is required for this role.
