We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Herzliya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills to work with other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before use and ensure it is in proper working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate lifts and ensure safety
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid crane operator license or certification
- Experience operating various types of cranes
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to crane operation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
