Head Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Herzliya. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious pastry dishes, managing the pastry team, and overseeing all aspects of the pastry kitchen. You should have a strong passion for pastry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and creative pastry dishes that meet our high standards
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients
- Train, supervise, and motivate the pastry team
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs to plan menus and events
- Monitor food costs and maintain budget goals
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Fluent in Hebrew (spoken)
