Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Herzliya is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and properties for various purposes, including construction, land development, and legal documentation. This is a full-time position without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Conduct research on the history of the land to determine boundaries and ownership
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Provide expert testimony in legal disputes related to land boundaries
- Continuously maintain and update knowledge of surveying techniques and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Biometric passport for international travel if required
