Sales Manager in Herzliya, Israel
As a Sales Manager in Herzliya, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and provide effective solutions to increase sales and revenue. Your role will also involve developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing regular reports on sales performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve set targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and promote products/services
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train new team members on products/services, sales techniques, and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry (minimum 3 years)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Must have accommodation in Herzliya or willing to relocate
