We are seeking a reliable and caring Babysitter to join our family in Herzliya, Israel. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing quality childcare for our children while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for our children
- Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children according to dietary restrictions
- Follow established routines and schedules for feeding, napping, and playtime
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and children's belongings
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding any concerns or updates on the children's well-being

Requirements:
- Prior experience working with young children is preferred but not required
- Must be responsible, reliable, and trustworthy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew
- Must have a valid first aid/CPR certification or willing to obtain one
- Flexibility in working hours as occasional evenings or weekends may be required
