Mason Supervisor

A construction company in Herzliya is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join their team. This position requires expertise in all aspects of masonry work, including bricklaying, blockwork, and stonework. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a mason, with proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee a team of masons on various construction sites
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations
- Plan and schedule masonry work according to project timelines
- Provide guidance and training for junior masons
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials
- Communicate with clients and project managers regarding progress updates

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a mason, with previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- In-depth knowledge of different types of masonry work, including bricklaying, blockwork, and stonework
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is an advantage)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as required
- Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends as needed
